Responsibilities
- Field Inbound calls from prospective clients, Offering Medicare Advantage plan options with clarity and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored questions, ensuring personalized service
- Explain complex insurance benefits, coverage details, and enrollment procedures in a clear, transparent manner
- Negotiate plan selections that are most suitable for individual health requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information using sales administration tools
- Follow HIPAA guidelines strictly to protect sensitive health information during all interactions
Experience
- Prior experience in Medicare advantage sales, is highly desirable demonstrating your ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to help close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve diverse communities with ease
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly
- Familiarity with sales analysis tools and benefits administration processes enhances your ability to strategize and improve performance
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when handling protected health information
- Background utilizing TLD CRM provides a solid foundation for success in this Medicare tele sales position, but is not a necessity
