Door-to-Door Sales Representative — 1099 Commission Only
T&J Concrete Coverings is looking for motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality polyaspartic concrete floor coatings that transform garages, basements, patios, commercial spaces, and other concrete surfaces.
This is a 1099, commission-only independent contractor position designed for someone who is confident talking to homeowners, enjoys working independently, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do:
- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and identify homeowners interested in concrete coating projects
- Speak with homeowners about their flooring needs and explain the benefits of polyaspartic concrete coatings
- Build relationships and establish trust with potential customers
- Schedule and/or conduct appointments and work toward closing sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Accurately communicate project details, pricing, and expectations
- Represent T&J Concrete Coverings professionally in the community.
You don't need to be an expert in concrete coatings—we'll train you. T&J Concrete Coverings will provide:
- Comprehensive training on our polyaspartic flooring products
- Training on the sales process and how to effectively present our services
- Product and material knowledge needed to confidently speak with customers
- Sales materials and resources to help you close deals

The ideal candidate is:
- Confident and comfortable approaching strangers
- Friendly, professional, and personable - Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face conversations
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based income
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Previous sales, remodeling, construction, home improvement, or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
Commission Only — 1099 Independent Contractor
