About the Role
Northbound Home Cleaning is hiring experienced, detail-oriented house cleaners to serve homes across Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Little Elm, and Pilot Point. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with steady, pre-booked jobs — we handle the booking, scheduling, and customers, so you can focus on what you do best: making homes shine. Flexible schedule, competitive per-job pay, paid weekly.
What You'll Do
- Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans in clients' homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to a high, consistent standard
- Use proper techniques for floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Communicate promptly about scheduling and any job details
- Deliver friendly, professional, reliable service every visit
What We're Looking For
- Previous house-cleaning experience and genuine pride in your work
- Reliable transportation and your own basic cleaning supplies
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and communicates well
- Able to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
