HoriSun Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to serve hospice patients in Lincoln and our surrounding service area (Seward, Milford and Crete). This may be a part-time or full-time position that will additionally serve in our on-call rotation. This position is responsible for providing nursing care and case management to our hospice patients and their families.
