Position Summary: Dependable and skilled Mowing Technician to maintain residential properties with efficiency and precision. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a ramp rack setup to transport and operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers efficiently.
- Work independently or with one other team member to maintain mostly residential properties.
- Ensure all properties are mowed, edged, and cleaned to a high standard of quality.
- Maintain equipment by fueling up at the end of each day and performing basic checks to ensure readiness for the next morning.
- Adhere to a tight schedule while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the team to report issues or share updates on job progress.
- Able to accept feedback and criticism and if asked, being able to return to correct a mistake on a job.
Qualifications:
- Experience with zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual, with the understanding that tardiness or excessive call-outs are not acceptable.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop.
