Server
- Take orders accurately + upsell
- Provide attentive service throughout meal
- Handle payments (Toast)
- Maintain section cleanliness + guest satisfaction
Busser
- Clear and reset tables quickly
- Support servers during busy times
- Keep dining area clean and stocked
- Assist with basic guest needs when needed
Food Runner
- Deliver food quickly and correctly
- Check dish accuracy + presentation
- Communicate with kitchen and servers
- Help maintain service speed and flow
