Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality virtual primary care through video and text-based telehealth services. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, enjoys working with innovative technology, and thrives in a collaborative virtual healthcare environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered virtual primary care.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Coordinate follow-up care and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of digital healthcare technology.
- Support clinical education and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- MD with an active medical license in an IMLC Compact State (Required).
- Additional state licenses or existing IMLC participation is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient Primary Care Physician (PCP) experience.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PT (12:00 PM–8:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM–9:00 PM ET).
- Excellent communication, patient engagement, and telehealth skills.
- Comfortable using and learning new healthcare technology.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
