- Minimum Duration: 10 weeks
- Maximum Duration: 13 weeks
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Manage care at the unit level
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
- Support the facility CNO to ensure:
- High quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Competency of clinical staff
- Appropriate resource management related to patient care
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in operating room nursing
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
