REMOTE Personal Injury Case Manager
Yakubian Law is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring seamless communication between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in personal injury case management within a fast-paced legal environment.
Duties
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement
- Track case progress and maintain accurate records using CasePeer
- Conduct client interviews and assist with new client intake
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the claim
- Request and organize medical records, billing records, and other case-related documentation
- Assist with settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain organized electronic files and ensure all case deadlines are met
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support as needed
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients throughout the life of their case
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 1 year of personal injury case management experience
- Strong knowledge of personal injury claims and pre-litigation procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and client service skills
- Experience with CasePeer or similar case management software preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
