The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers to lead our locations across all markets. This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations with accountability and energy

Recruit, train, and develop team members

Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Manage inventory, shrink, and operational controls

Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards

Analyze store performance and implement improvements

Build a strong, positive team culture
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of retail, restaurant, or convenience store management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong operational focus

Comfortable with POS systems and reporting tools

Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and market)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales, shrink control, and operational metrics
