Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bedford, NH. This role is perfect for individuals looking to transition into the healthcare and administrative field. The successful candidate will assist patients with their needs, including understanding sleep apnea machines, troubleshooting equipment, and ordering supplies. Our team-based environment and extensive training programs will ensure your confidence and success in supporting patients and their care teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, providing assistance to patients and healthcare provider offices.
- Process patient orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and professionally through phone, live chat, and email.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s respiratory products and services.
- Address patient needs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and guide them through supply ordering processes.
- Perform additional assigned tasks to support daily operations.
