Full-time Trimmer/Packager Position
Our team is growing, and we are looking for trimming/packaging staff. The position requires a dependable, mature, hardworking, and reliable team player for a full-time position. Hourly pay for the position starts at $20-$22 per hour (based on experience.) A pay increase is dependent on productivity and work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
-Must obtain an IIC Card (Individual Identification Card) through the Office of Cannabis Policy
- Must have open availability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be a productive trimmer/packager
- Experience and knowledge in the cannabis industry is not required, but must have basic knowledge of cannabis and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to sit and focus for long periods of time
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctuality and attendance a must
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to drive in inclement weather
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Work well under pressure/ability to multitask
- Speed and efficiency required
- Flexible and organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about high-end, boutique cannabis
- Must have a teamwork mentality, be easy-going, and be able to get along with others
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and trim in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner in order to maintain the high-quality appearance and structural integrity of the cannabis plant in preparation for sale, ensuring the least amount of waste
- Assist with preroll production and product packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work both individually and as a team
- Perform additional manufacturing/cultivation tasks and projects as needed
- Keep up to date on new developments and laws in the cannabis industry.
- Have a strong understanding of and willingness to follow company policies and procedures
