Technical repairs & client support

1. Technical repairs & client support (75%)
1.1. MACHINE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
- Hot line for customer advice (phone & email) / diagnosis of problem & repair request (back office)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with marking systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery accurately
- Document all service activities thoroughly, including parts used, technical reports to provide clear root cause, repair details, and send client a repair estimate.
- Most of repairs are done in office. In a few cases, repair at client site may be required
- Proper record of after sales repair activity in CRM software reporting (RMAs)
1.2. INVENTORY PRE-SHIPPING QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
- Quality control of machines arriving from supplier before shipment to end user. Testing & quality sheet paperwork. Products are dot peen & laser marking machines.
- Report of quality issues & follow up of corrective action
- Update of quality test procedures to reflect most updated status
1.3. OTHERS
- Training / initial machine set up of customers (end users, integrators, dealers) after received purchase order, for laser and dot peen marking technology
2. WAREHOUSE LEAD (25%)
- SHIPPING: Outward shipments: following items to prepare daily, packing list, coordination with accounting for invoice editing, forwarder schedule, email to customer to inform of shipment
- RECEIVING SHIPMENT: Responsible for control & inventory of all inbound shipment: control of quantities received and quality of products & packaging. Immediate claim to forwarder in case of visible damage.
- INVENTORY: Comprehensive monthly inventory of all products, machines & spare parts
- MISC: In charge of following claim to forwarders (damage, lost parcel, delivery delay…)
- MISC: Responsible for warehouse to be well arranged & neat.

- Full-time; Position based in Conroe
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance
- Rigorous and detail oriented. Well organized person. Takes pride in quality of work. Sense of responsibility, and respect of confidentiality.
- Flexible minded to adapt to different processes in a small team.
- Ability to isolate process variables and perform root cause of failure analysis
- Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with customers at all levels in the workplace. Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.
- Computer literate, experience with Microsoft Office software suite.
- Must be in good physical health and able to bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and lift up to 60lbs. Able to use Fork lifting machinery
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
