We are a used car dealership with retail locations across Mesa and Apache Junction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto service management, with a focus on organization and operational efficiency. This role requires excellent leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor service technicians, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including auto estimating and service writing documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive service management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dealership environment or similar automotive service setting.
- Strong background in auto service management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Mechanical knowledge encompassing various aspects of vehicle maintenance including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repair.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
