Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain an organized schedule for healthcare providers.
- Assist in the development and management of care plans for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks software for patient record management and billing processes.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
- Provide support during patient intake processes, including collecting necessary information and verifying insurance details.
