What You’ll Do:Welcome Future Martial Artists – Greet prospective students, give them an exciting first impression of our programs, and help them take their first steps into martial arts.
Lead the Way in Membership Growth – Guide families and individuals in choosing the membership options that best support their goals, helping them feel confident and excited about joining.
Be the Face of Premier in the Community – Get involved in fun, local events like school demos, festivals, and business partnerships to spread the word and build relationships.
Drive Enrollment – Use your creativity to generate leads through referrals, digital marketing, and engaging promotions.
Support Our Instructors – Keep classes running smoothly by handling scheduling, admin tasks, and providing top-notch service to our students and families.
Create a Positive Experience – Be a friendly, helpful presence that current and future students can rely on for information, support, and encouragement.
What We’re Looking For:A people-person with strong communication and sales skills
Someone who connects well with families and students of all ages
Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a big plus
A passion for fitness, martial arts, or helping others grow
Organized, self-motivated, and loves being part of a high-energy team
Martial arts experience is great — but not required!
