Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through meticulous cleaning and detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services
- Apply paint correction techniques including polishing and buffing
- Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films
- Conduct thorough engine bay cleaning
- Utilize steam cleaning for interiors and upholstery
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies inventory
- Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling
- Document before/after results for quality control
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional auto detailing experience
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification
- Experience with high-end or exotic vehicles
- Knowledge of ceramic coating application
- Experience with paint correction techniques
