Housekeeping Bilingual Staffing Manager
About the Position
Established and rapidly growing staffing company seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to oversee recruiting, scheduling, employee management, and daily staffing operations for hospitality, events, food & beverage, and workforce support positions.
This is a fast-paced leadership role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys managing people, and can successfully oversee teams ranging from 50–100+ employees daily.
The ideal candidate understands urgency, accountability, organization, and the importance of building strong teams while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified employees for hospitality, culinary, event, warehouse, and support staffing roles
- Source top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting efforts
- Conduct interviews and employee screenings
- Ensure quality hiring standards and avoid onboarding unreliable or unqualified candidates
- Maintain strong pipelines for high-volume and last-minute staffing needs
- Build dependable teams that represent the company professionally
Scheduling & Staffing Operations
- Create and manage schedules for daily operations and large-scale events. Coordinate staffing for teams of 50–100+ employees per day
- Handle call-offs, replacements, confirmations, and attendance tracking
- Monitor overtime, scheduling conflicts, and staffing coverage
Team Management & Operations
- Conduct employee check-ins and site visits
- Ensure employees arrive on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for assignments
- Manage workforce issues in real time during active operations
Administrative Duties
- Maintain employee notes, records, and scheduling updates
- Assist with payroll review, missing punches, and discrepancy follow-ups
- Utilize scheduling systems, staffing platforms, and operational software daily
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write fluently)
- Previous staffing, hospitality, recruiting, or workforce management experience preferred
- Experience managing large teams in high-volume environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem solve quickly and work under pressure
- Scheduling or staffing software experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
