Duties
- Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and efficiency
- Conduct oil changes using various types of motor oils and filters, adhering to manufacturer specifications
- Assist with wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues needing repair or maintenance
- Support automotive diagnostics to pinpoint problems using specialized equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Proven mechanic experience with knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, and alignments
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual tasks throughout the workday
- Service technician experience that demonstrates attention to detail and quality workmanship
