As a CNC Press Brake Technician, you’ll translate blueprints into precisely formed parts, keep the machine running at peak performance, and make quality your signature from first bend to final inspection.

Prepare and run press brake jobs to form sheet metal components to exact specifications.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to confirm dimensions, materials, and sequence of bends.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output.

Continuously monitor production and fine-tune settings to uphold quality standards.

Verify finished parts against specifications, making adjustments when needed.

Partner with teammates to elevate throughput, safety, and best practices.

Keep your area organized and compliant with safety protocols at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in machining or metal fabrication is a plus.

Hands-on experience operating a press brake or closely related equipment.

Fluency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Comfort with basic math and accurate measurement.
