Family House is seeking a compassionate, dependable Case Manager to join our team supporting adolescents ages 12–17 in a short-term residential setting.
This is a supervisory-level position for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and families while also helping program leadership support and guide our residential team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload and coordinate each youth’s services, needs, and goals
- Build supportive, professional relationships with youth and families while providing advocacy, guidance, and support
- Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners, including participation in family meetings and case conferences
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential case documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with adolescents, families, behavioral health, human services, or a related field; prior Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) or residential youth services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 4 years of relevant experience
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
