Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – L&D
Location: Asheville, NC
Start Date: 09/08/2026
Contract Length: 6 weeks
Schedule: 48 hours/week | 4x12s
Shifts: AM & PM available
Weekly Gross: $3,800
Base Rate: $46.15/hr
Overtime: $69.23/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,400
Position Overview
Prolink Healthcare is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs for a 6-week assignment in Asheville, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced L&D nurses looking for a high-paying short-term contract with both AM and PM shifts available.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
- High-risk L&D experience required
- Circulating experience preferred
- Active NRP certification required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Active AHA ACLS certification required
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
L&D Unit Details
Patient Care & Procedures:
- Vaginal deliveries
- Cesarean sections
- D&C
- Cerclage
- C-Hyst
- High-risk obstetrics
Equipment:
- Baxter IV pumps
- Philips electronic fetal monitoring
