What You'll Be Doing
As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll perform a variety of residential exterior cleaning services, including:
- Pressure washing driveways
- Soft washing homes
- Cleaning patios, pool decks, and sidewalks
- Fence cleaning and restoration
- Exterior surface cleaning and maintenance
- Other exterior cleaning services as needed
This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors, operating equipment, and delivering quality results for customers.
Compensation
This is a performance-based position.
Contractors are paid a percentage of completed jobs rather than an hourly wage. Compensation varies based on performance, reliability, quality of work, and the number of jobs completed during each two-week pay period.
Most contractors earn between $500 and $1,600+ per week, with opportunities for higher earnings as you gain experience and complete more projects.
Equipment
Company equipment is provided for contractor use.
Independent contractors may also use their own equipment if approved by management and if it meets company quality and safety standards.
