Construction Payroll Specialist
Location: Lebanon, IN (100% On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Review, audit, and reconcile employee timecards for accuracy

Prepare certified payroll reports and prevailing wage documentation

Manage union payroll, fringe benefits, and related reporting requirements

Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction

Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and/or union payroll

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Multi-state payroll experience

CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation

Experience with construction accounting or ERP software
