Job Description: Server
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of Duff’s menu and promotions, offering recommendations.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and payment processing.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, efficiency, and positivity.
- Maintain Duff’s high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support inventory and stocking tasks as needed, ensuring quality control and minimizing waste.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that guests and employees love.
- Maintain high standards to ensure health & safety compliance, uphold brand policies, and keep the restaurant looking and running at its best.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in Fast-Paced Settings – Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Team-Oriented – You thrive working with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Dependable and Motivated – Reliable with a strong work ethic, ready to jump in wherever needed.
