Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain cleanliness throughout the residence
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to health standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and furniture
- Manage manual handling of heavy or bulky items with proper techniques to prevent injury
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols while maintaining high standards of sanitation
