Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring all processes run efficiently and on schedule
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to meet production targets
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to optimize throughput and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff
- Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for management review
Skills
- Proven experience in Direct-to-Film or similar printing industries
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control procedures, and process optimization techniques
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey expectations clearly
- Ability to analyze data and utilize manufacturing software or ERP systems effectively

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
