Jewelry Production Assoc. Job Description: A Jewelry Production Associate is responsible for designing and executing the production of jewelry pieces for Fluff Hardware both in the production studio and at Jewelry Design Parties. They will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that all pieces are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent fine motor skills and attention to minuscule detail, will be innately artistic/crafty, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with the Production Manager to understand and meet production goals and timelines
- Execute production of jewelry pieces in accordance with established techniques and standards
- Assist in preparing finished works to be ready for shipment or events
- Prepare & transport materials & supplies needed for jewelry parties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate any issues or challenges with the Production Manager in a timely manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the production process
Retail & Event Assoc. Job Description: The Retail & Event Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking and straightening displays, maintaining store/booth cleanliness/tidiness, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, be punctual and reliable, and will have a keen eye for detail.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting customers, familiarizing them with our brand, and assisting with their needs
- Traveling to and from event venues to set up and operate remote retail locations
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store/booth environment
- Providing product knowledge and answering customer questions
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
- Restock and face merchandise
- Communicate with customers regarding their local pickup orders
- Maintaining a clean and safe store environment

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to wear Fluff Hardware Jewelry.
