We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store and support the growth of our brand in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, building and leading a strong store team, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a successful new store launch in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily store operations including sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, staffing, and team management • Take ownership of store performance and support the team in achieving sales and KPI goals • Recruit, train, coach, and develop store associates to build a strong and high-performing team environment • Provide leadership through clear communication, accountability, and daily operational guidance • Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs and labor planning • Maintain operational standards including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, shipment processing, and inventory accuracy • Ensure visual merchandising and overall store presentation align with brand standards • Handle customer concerns professionally and support a positive customer experience • Partner with cross-functional teams to support store operations and business objectives • Support all phases of new store opening and adapt to evolving operational needs in a growing business environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience required • Strong leadership and people management experience in a retail environment • Experience managing store operations, sales performance, and KPI execution • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop retail teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and hands-on environment • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or related retail industry preferred • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods • Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts and lift/move merchandise as needed

Pay: $79,380.20 - $94,285.82 per year
