Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the facility
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Perform security checks on vehicles, bags, and personal belongings as required
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with conflict management and de-escalation strategies
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Experience in loss prevention or risk management is beneficial
- Military experience or training in security-related fields is an advantage
