Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies.
- Create unique and visually appealing cocktails while adhering to our established recipes.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist with catering events and banquets as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Excellent knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and drink recipes.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required permits or certifications.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
