Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing presses (web and cut-sheet formats).
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Perform file prepress, layout, trim, bleed, and imposition adjustments using imposition software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct continuous print quality control and color management checks against job specifications.
- Maintain daily production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years operating digital presses (web or cut-sheet formats) OR 2+ years in commercial offset/flexo press operations.
- Prepress Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of file setup, color calibration, RIP software, and Adobe Creative Cloud / imposition tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a production environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed during high-volume periods.
