Foxtown is hiring for immediate part-time help running our farmers market booths in Breckenridge, Salida, and Woodland Park. Ideally you would be located in or near Fairplay so you're close to all three of these markets, but as long as you can get to all three markets it can work. Pay includes travel time to and from your home.
The market season runs now through October (exact dates vary by market). Thursday through Saturday, with the occasional Sunday.
Work can start as soon as you're ready.

We specialize in ginger and turmeric inspired products, with a focus on ginger & turmeric infused honeys and fire cider tonic.
We’re passionate about what we make, and our customers love our products. It’s our 7th year in operation and we have quite a following.
The Role
You’ll primarily be running the booth independently, so we’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with strangers
- Confident explaining products and answering questions
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (markets are rain or shine)
Farmers markets are fast-paced, fun, and community-oriented — but they can also be hot, cold, or rainy. Being adaptable and positive is key.
Logistics
You will need indoor space that doesn't freeze to hold supplies and inventory between markets.
You must use your own vehicle to transport market supplies.
A truck or hatchback-sized vehicle will work well (markets have been done in Priuses and Honda Fits without issue).
Your hours are variable, but a typical week with all three markets would be around 25 hours.
Pay
Average pay is $22-$30/hour. Depending on sales, there can be weeks at $40+/hr, and it would never be less than $20/hr. The pay is $16/hour + 7% of sales.
