Position Details

- Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Install, inspect, and maintain equipment following company standards.
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine service calls.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide professional customer service while working at customer locations.
- Assist with additional shop or warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mechanic, HVAC technician, small engine technician, or in a similar mechanical role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and service procedures through company training.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work with tools throughout the day.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
