Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as required to support kitchen staff.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to restaurant policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and writing out tickets.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
