You will serve as the strategic oversight for clients, guiding them from initial discovery and strategy builds through to execution, analysis, and optimization. Crucially, this role champions a holistic RevOps mindset. You will actively dismantle traditional departmental silos to drive the strategic marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives. Your goal is to align these functions around a single source of truth, ensuring that every strategy optimizes the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to renewal - rather than just the top of the funnel.
