Job Summary
This role is all about creating memorable experiences in our space: building relationships with potential clients, coordinating with our team, and getting out into the community to spread the word about what we've built here.
This starts as a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as the calendar fills up.
Pay is performance-driven. The more you build this program, the more you earn. If that excites you, you're probably the right fit. If you're looking for a clock-in-clock-out hourly gig, this isn't it.
The ideal candidate is driven, grounded, and sharp. Someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and genuinely loves what they're representing. If that sounds like you, or someone you know, we'd love to hear from you.
Given this is a sales role primarily, your pay will grow based on your input. However, if FT pay is needed and you are comfortable working the bar we can fill your time there...Until events revenue gets you to FT events pay.
We are a small business, but have been open for 7 years. We are highly rated on Google and understand customer satisfaction is paramount to success.
Pay: $26,000.00 - $63,002.68 per year
