The Opportunity
We’re looking for an MLO who understands the Non-QM market and knows how to turn complex borrower scenarios into closed loans.
Most importantly, we have leads available to be worked ASAP.
If you have experience with self-employed borrowers, bank statement loans, DSCR, asset-based lending, investor financing, or other alternative mortgage products, this is an opportunity to put that expertise to work immediately.
You’ll be expected to quickly assess incoming opportunities, identify the right financing solution, communicate effectively with borrowers, and move qualified prospects through the application and closing process.

What We’re Looking For
- Active mortgage loan originator license
- Proven experience originating Non-QM loans
- Strong understanding of Non-QM products, guidelines, and underwriting requirements
- Ability to quickly analyze complex borrower scenarios
- Experience working with self-employed borrowers and non-traditional income
- Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to new leads
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of production and closings preferred
- Ready to start taking leads immediately
