Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, and face to face addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing questions, and technical issues
- Maintain accurate data entry records for customer interactions, transactions, and account updates
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, courteous exchanges
- Support client services by troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable and process payments efficiently
- Utilize Point of Sale system to document interactions and manage customer information
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are preferred but not required; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles, especially within call centers or client services environments
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards for professional outbound and inbound calls
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions
- Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is desirable
