Select Corporation is hiring experienced Company Drivers for OTR loads in our Reefer Division. If you are a reliable, detail-oriented driver who takes temperature-controlled cargo seriously, you will fit right in with our team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $3.30 – $5.80 per mile (based on experience), averaging $3,000 – $5,000/week

Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A OTR experience
- Reefer/temperature-controlled experience preferred
- Understanding of temperature monitoring and FSMA food safety compliance
- OTR availability
- Clean MVR and CSA score
- Reliable, safety-focused driver with attention to detail
