Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers.
Handle various chemical agents safely for cleaning, sanitation, and disinfecting purposes following all chemical handling safety procedures..
Maintain facilities by performing custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Skills
Preferred in janitorial or custodial roles with strong knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices.
Skilled in handling chemical agents safely and understanding chemical handling safety procedures.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting techniques.
Excellent attention to detail for sanitation standards and cleanliness quality assurance.
