Total Compensation, Incentives & Perks
At Access Health Dental, we invest in our hygienists by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial future, and professional growth:
· Earning potential is uncapped with total compensation from $65 per hour to $80+ per hour (inclusive of base pay, hygienist bonus, team bonus, paid time off, paid vacation, and other benefits and perks)
· Continuing education credits & ongoing support: 16+ CE units in your first year
· Sign-on bonus: $4,000 (full-time and one-year commitment)
· Base pay: $55 to $60 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license – Nevada
- Strong focus on patient education & preventive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
