SIC General Cleaner

LACOSTA is looking for a Full Time General Cleaner to join our team in Beavercreek, OH!
***We conduct a background check and drug testing***
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
The Second in Command (SIC) serves as a key support role within our team and is responsible for stepping into leadership duties when the supervisor or manager is off-site. While primarily working as a general cleaner, the SIC should demonstrate the willingness, reliability, and capability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Track employee attendance and provide attendance documentation when requested.

Conduct account and quality audits to ensure company standards are maintained.

Serve as a point of contact for the customer in the absence of management.

Lead safety meetings and communicate important workplace information to team members.

Assist with interviewing candidates when needed.

Support daily operations and help address issues that arise during the shift.

Perform general cleaning duties as assigned.
