Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an engaging store environment.
- Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
- Support shift management by ensuring compliance with operational policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the family entertainment or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math for daily operations.
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
