Baer Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a well-established commercial and residential HVAC and mechanical contractor serving Southern Illinois and the St. Louis Metro East. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our growing team.

Compensation
- $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Process and review employee time sheets
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks for accounts payable
- Organize vendor and customer documentation
- Assist with customer billing and invoicing
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome customers and vendors
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist management with administrative projects
- Perform general office and clerical duties
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Previous office administration or bookkeeping experience preferred
