Spotlight Pediatric Therapy is a boutique pediatric therapy practice located in Midtown Phoenix providing physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapy. We serve children from infancy through young adulthood with a wide range of diagnoses.

Position Overview
- Setting: Primarily clinic-based (Midtown Phoenix)
- Schedule: Flexible; based on coverage needs and therapist availability
- Position Type: Contract (1099) with ability to transition to Part-time or Full-time position
- Start: As Soon as Possible
Future Opportunities:
- Ability to build a clinic and/or home/community caseload
- Potential transition to part-time or full-time (W2) with benefits
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Provide hands-on, play-based therapy sessions in a 1:1 setting
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and providers
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply
