We are seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home and community-based settings.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
- Part time position
Pay Rate:
- $30–$40/hour based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Must have active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children with ASD preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background check
