*Responsibilities*
- Use a customer-focused, provide customer service to existing policyholders.
- Provide prompt, accurate insurance quote to meet client's Insurance & Financial services needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Assist Agent maintaining good relationship between customer s and the Agency.
*Requirements*
- Bilingual in Chinese ( Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
- Property & Casualty license ( must be able to obtain)
- Positive personality, people-oriented ,
- Goal-oriented & self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
- Customer services /Sales experience is a plus
