What You’ll Do as Behavior Technician
- Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–10) using play-based learning
- Implement behavior and teaching programs designed by supervisors
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track progress using digital tools (iPad/Chromebook)
- Maintain a safe, fun, and engaging environment
- Collaborate with your team and communicate regularly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passionate about helping kids grow and succeed
- Open to feedback and learning
- Ability to stay active and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)
- RBT or CBT certification
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- ABA experience (12+ months preferred)
