About the Opportunity
Solterra Winery and Kitchen is seeking an experienced, visionary General Manager and Restaurant Operator daily management, and the culinary concept for our stunning beachfront location.
Our primary goal is simple: move award-winning, estate-grown wine in a vibrant, guest-facing environment. In return, we are offering an unprecedented heavy profit-sharing structure that gives you the autonomy of a business owner without the traditional upfront capital risk.
Your Mission
- Design the Concept: Within reason and brand alignment, you have the creative freedom to develop your own restaurant concept, menu style, and venue naming.
- Drive Wine Sales: Craft a food program and guest experience designed to highlight, pair with, and maximize the movement of Solterra’s award-winning wines.
- Full Operational Control: Take total charge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including P&L management, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a top-tier hospitality team capable of delivering exceptional seaside service.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or Culinary Partner in high-volume restaurant or winery-hospitality environments.
- Wine & Culinary Savvy: A deep appreciation for wine culture with the ability to integrate food programs that naturally complement wine sales.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: An ownership mentality who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and direct financial upside.
- Operational Excellence: Mastery of labor management, food cost controls, health and safety compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
